I haven't read the book of Ramon Bautista but I guess the movie says it all already. The concept is adapted from the idea of an Brainy Ugly Duckling that turned into a swan

The movie is all about a woman Sandy Veloso ( Kim Chui). Who is looking for a true love from a man who can play a guitar and sing whole heartedly which will relfect from his inner soul.  Sandy has a boyfriend assuming that her current boyfriend Edgardo Salazar (Kean Cipriano) is already the answer for the one she is looking for.

Unfortunately, from the day they celebrate their anniversary is the day they will separate from each other. Sandy was really devastated that night and through that anger she was able to clean the entire office. Would you believe that? I guess that would be ironic in my part.

Sandy will meet the Alex Prieto ( Xian Lim) who will be handling the company for quite sometime where Sandy is working. Alex will be the fairygod father of Sandy and who will help Sandy gain the bravity to face the man who broke her heart.

I am currently watching this Korean Comedy-Drama titled Wish Upon a Star some call it as Pick The Stars or Stars Falling from Sky.

The story is about an lady Jin Pal Gang working in an Insurance Company ( JK Life Insurance Company). Pal Gang was crazy inlove with their Cold Hearted yet Handsome Company Lawyer Won Kang Ha for 5 years even with this kind of personality. Pal Gang was never been disappointed as a matter of fact. She knows all the little habits of his ultimate crush.

Kang Ha and his little brother ( Won Jun Ha ) is in need of a housekeeper. Pal Gang learned about this rumor so she immediately contact Won Jun Ha and applied to him personality. This is where fate started to move even though the consequences will be the loss of her parents of Pal Gang.

Watch Wish Upon a Star and learn how Pal Gang able to reach her dreams and to be with her cold hearted yet handsome lawyer crush.

Personal Comment:

I really enjoy watching this movie. I have learn many things about life and love. Love is really powerful and full of magic. Love will come in very unexpected way.

The trilogy film from the life of Miggy Montenegro ( John Lloyd Cruz) and Laida Magtala (Sarah Geronimo) which all started from A Very Special Love the followed by You Changed My Life. Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.

Just a recap from the second movie, Laida and Miggy had their break up which can be found on the second movie. The break up started when Laida unable to come to the funeral of Miggy's father because Laida is United States. Miggy needs someone who can accompany him during this event of his life. Laida tried her very best to visit Miggy even the consequences by her parents.

Laida was able to make it to the funeral but she saw an event that will turned her life to devastation. Miggy kissed her ex-girlfriend Belle (Isabelle Daza).

Moving forward, This movie is the continuation story of Miggy and Laida. Two years has passed but Miggy still unable to moved on which is ironic to the person whom Miggy hurted the most and also the reason why Miggy can't moved on. Because of this, Miggy lost the trust of board members.

Elder brother of Miggy seek help expertise of Laida to expand and have a exclusive cover opportunity with MET. Zoila and friends comes up with a idea that can suffice the aim of their company. A transformation of an individuality from Before and After. The theme is likely pointing to the life of the main character Laida Magtalas. From being a nobody now known by many.

Laida refuses to make this happen and make it as their project. Because she will be reminded of the sweetness of their past and the bitterness of their present. Zoila and friends still pursue to make this happen.

The table turns and the fate favors to Laida. Laida makes her move by approving and continuing the project. The end of the project will be covered in the United States where Laida spends her time working and to able to foget Miggy in the process.

I will cut the summary of the movie here. For you to be able to feel the emptiness of love and later be filled by overflowing and overjoy because of love. Enjoy!

Synopsis:

It really makes me sad that I am giving 9 out 10. I alwaysconsider the bloopers as part of the movie. Its really inspires me to know moreabout the celebrity and follow them more on their up coming movies and all.Knowing them in just one movie is not enough to know the edge of oneactor/actress. But it really gives me an impression to know more about them. Itfeels like I am closer to them. It’s just a glass screen separating us. I alsoconsider a movie that also touches the deepest part of me, my heart.

I am a late moviegoer so I might watched cut scene of the film already. But that's fine with me. As long as I can watch the movie to the best quality that they can offer and the best interest of the public. I watch recently “Suddenly It's Magic”, take note not once but thrice. ( hehehe).

MY COMMENT:

Mario Maurer:  No doubt that he is a good actor. And I had seen it in this movie. He really gave justice on his role as Marcus Hanson. I can really feel the pain through his words, eyes and lips when he uttered his lines. If he can only stays for 1 month in the Philippines and he is really good in speaking Tagalog language.

Erich Gonzales: I wasn't your fan at all since day one, when you were still starting as an actress. I don't know why just a feeling I guess, maybe because most of my family watched GMA 7. Moving forward, when I saw this movie  I must say I was really in shock that you can really portray effectively your role, in terms of the exact moment of pouring into tears, the way you deliver your lines. I was really moved and felt the intense emotions. Keep it up Erich!

For the Movie: Many people can relate to this movie. And I admit I am one of them. Handling Long Distance Relationship (LDR) is really hard to manage. But if the two people really care for each other, hindrances are just trails to toughen their love and longing to hold each other’s arms again.

RECOMMENDATION: 

I would like to have PART 2 for this movie. I want to see the finale of happy ending.
